Program Highlight – Forever Fathers
Listen up, Dads (and the women who love them)! Our next Forever Fathers is set to begin April 3. For 8 weeks, you will enjoy the comfort, support and camaraderie of other male caregivers. Whatever your circumstances – single dad, stepdad, grandfather – this group is open to all!

Each year we commemorate April as Child Abuse Prevention Month with our Annual Putting Kids FirstAwards Luncheon.
Adopt-A-Family
Many families in Placer County could use a helping hand around the holidays. KidsFirst’s Adopt-A-Family program helps to reduce tension and stress caused by the additional expenses and demands that occur during the holiday season. The program connects community members with a local family who provides a wish list of seasonal items they would otherwise be without.
Breen Elementary School Bake Sale
Fifth-grade students at Breen Elementary School hosted a Bake Sale on October 21st and raised over $250 for KidsFirst! The students came up with the idea to give back to the community with the funds they raised.
