The holidays are a joyous time, but for some families the expense and pressure of having an abundant Christmas, the need for daytime childcare while the kids are out of school, and the added anxiety of feeding school age children during the long holiday break can simply overwhelm parents, especially those in crisis.
Consequently, KidsFirst needs your help. To commemorate our 30th anniversary, we have created a new convenient and cost-effective opportunity to give. Our ‘$30 for 30’ program is a way to support KidsFirst and make a marked impact in the lives of Placer families. By donating just $30 for 30 months, you will fund important programs that target at-risk children and families.
$30 for 30 months will:
- support a child and parent through weeks of therapy,
- purchase emergency food and gas for a family in need,
- sponsor a child in an enrichment program,
- and provide healthy snacks for our children’s programming.
If you can’t commit to 30 months, we also value one-time donations that will help keep our programs going and make a significant difference in the lives of Placer County families.
