Children’s System of Care Case Manager

Position Summary:

Child and Family Team Meetings (CFTM) and Family Team Meetings (FTM) are integral to a family-focused and strengths-based approach to working with families. A trained scheduler of such meetings is crucial given the difficulty in arranging meetings with multiple participants and the sensitivity of the information. Target population are families who are engaged in the Child Welfare System, who have child(ren) removed from their care, or who are at high risk of being removed from their care.
