Licensed MFT/PsyD or LCSW Program Manager

Position Summary:

Under the direct supervision of the Chief Executive Officer, the Licensed MFT/PsyD LCSW Program Manager leads and oversees the operation of assigned KidsFirst clinical therapeutic programs. The Licensed Clinical Program Manager position is responsible for quality assurance of clinical services provided by all clinical staff, including licensed therapist, registered interns, and trainees. The Licensed Clinical Program Manager provides casework planning and other social worker, behavioral health or child development activities. The Licensed Clinical Program Manager coordinates program group supervision, individual and program staff meetings, and provides direction and leadership in the agency’s child and family wellness strategy.
