Dear KidsFirst Community Partner,
On behalf of the board of directors, I am reaching out to share with you an important announcement regarding KidsFirst Child Abuse Prevention Council of Placer County.
Effective July 1, 2022, Antoinette Manuel will no longer serve as executive director. Antoinette has made the decision to step down from her role to focus on her family. Antoinette will be missed and shares:
“I am so thankful for my time and experience at KidsFirst. It was great to work with such an amazing and resilient team who is dedicated to the community and families we serve. I am wishing the organization all the best and I have no doubts KidsFirst will continue to thrive.”
The KidsFirst Board of Directors has appointed KidsFirst Chief Financial Officer, Barbara Meade, as Interim Executive Director while we begin our search for a permanent executive director. Antoinette will stay on temporarily in a limited capacity to support the organization in a smooth transition.
