22nd Annual Luncheon Canceled
Dear KidsFirst Community,
Our hope is that you are staying safe and healthy during this unprecedented public health emergency.
Given the fluidity of the situation, we feel it is important to be a participant in the solution, than potentially adding to the problem with unnecessary social exposure. Our Board of Directors and leadership team have made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s Annual Putting Kids First Luncheon scheduled for Friday, April 3.
While we know this will come as a disappointment to many, we believe it is the right course of action given the rapidly evolving information and guidelines related to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 from the CDC, government and local health officials.
Please direct specific questions to Dianne Ancona at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the meantime, please do what you can to support each other. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
In good health,
Join community leaders making a difference in the lives of children for the 22nd Annual Putting Kids First Awards Luncheon. The event will kick-off a full month of events for KidsFirst to commemorate April as Child Abuse Prevention Awareness Month. The program will also recognize some of Placer County’s leading advocates for children and families with the presentation of our Ed Bonner and Brooke Allison Lifetime Achievement Award and various other honors. Proceeds from the luncheon benefit KidsFirst programs that support an array of family services and needs in Placer County.
