

2020 PUTTING KIDS FIRST
AWARD NOMINATION
The 2020 Putting Kids First Awards recognition is created to honor those who have touched the lives of children through their advocacy, dedication, service and support throughout Placer County.
We are looking for individuals who have demonstrated outstanding involvement and commitment to children and families throughout Placer County. These services are broadly defined as community services that educate, advocate, nurture, mentor, support and/or protect children and families. Awards will be provided for extraordinary efforts in the following categories:
- City and/or county government
- Law enforcement/criminal justice
- Education, youth/recreation services
- Business/community services
Eligibility
Nominees must have demonstrated a commitment to children through efforts to provide residents of Placer County with the resources, services, support, or opportunities needed to enhance quality of life and social functioning.
Submission Requirements
The attached “2020 Putting Kids First Awards” nomination form must be filled out in its entirety. You may nominate as many individuals as you like, but please only submit one nomination per form. Completed nomination forms can be submitted to Dianne Ancona at dancona@kidsfirstnow.org.
Due Dates
Nominations are due by Friday March 6, 2020.
Selection and Notification
A panel representing KidsFirst will make the selection of honorees. Please note: no more than one representative from a particular category will be selected. All honorees will receive notification.
Ceremony information
All honorees will be publicly presented with a certificate from the KidsFirst Board at the “22nd Annual Putting Kids First Luncheon registration begins at 10:30, program to start at 11:00 A.M. on Friday April 3, 2020 at the Timber Creek Lodge 7050 Del Webb Blvd., Roseville California.
