Special thanks to Assistance League of Greater Placer for their generous donation of over 100 backpacks and school supplies to our Roseville and Auburn clients.
According to the 2018 National Retail Federation (NRF) survey, families with elementary, middle and high school aged children will spend an average of $685 per household for the new school year. This is why this donation is so impactful. The Assistance League of Greater Placer relieved families and their children of the stress of purchasing back-to-school items.
“The smiles on the kids’ faces was very moving” said KidsFirst Volunteer Coordinator Debbie Harrell. “Each family was very grateful!”
