Free 8-week course for dads and caretakers. A great time to talk about the hardships and challenges that men may experience including anger, stress, depression, relationship problems, and parenting skills.
Learn and discuss positive father involvement, anger management, modeling for children, roles, rights and responsibilities, mentoring other struggling fathers, as well as other topics that are pertinent to a father who strives to improve himself and his relationships.

This newly revised program helps separating parents shield their children from parental conflict while establishing a positive and cooperative relationship as co-parents. Teaches skills needed to manage anger increase impulse control, resolve conflict, and communicate effectively. Court approved certification upon completion
