KidsFirst was the proud recipient of the proceeds from a recent fundraiser at Woodcreek High School. On Sept. 27, Woodcreek’s student government class donated over $590 to KidsFirst!
Family Resource Center Program Manager Alicia Gilliam had the honor of attending Woodcreek’s Homecoming football game (they beat Bella Vista 24-8!) and received the generous jumbo check pictured.
“KidsFirst would like to send our deepest gratitude to the student government at Woodcreek High School for their amazing donation,” said Gilliam. “Also, thank you KidsFirst Volunteer and Community Education Manager Christina Hernandez for helping coordinate the check presentation at the game.”
In this season of giving, we are overjoyed to see that young adults are making it a priority to help Placer County children. Thank you, Woodcreek High School!
